I am a Senior Communications professional and a founder in AI.
I blend my AI and Communications knowledge to design next level team engagement activities, getting teams to use AI in meaningful and fun ways.
I’ve led PR, Marketing, and Internal Communications across Europe and for over 100 countries. As a professional speaker and host, I have coached dozens of speakers to shine on stage, and helped companies bring their teams together across cultures and time zones.
Today, I bridge AI, creativity, and communication — running AI Promptathons and workshops that help teams experiment, learn, and bring AI into their work in a human-centered way.
I’m also the founder of Gut Goddess, a femtech and AI-driven project helping women understand their bodies and wellbeing through data, storytelling, and empathy.

Gut Goddess
Gut Goddess is a femtech and AI-driven project founded by Rafaela Buena. It was born from her own experience with gut health struggles and the search for reliable, informed answers.
What started as a personal health experiment has evolved into a platform that helps women understand the connection between their gut and overall well-being, using data, storytelling, and human-centered technology.
